Floor Transition Profile
Designed to create a neat finish between adjoining floor surfaces, the FloorTrim Transition Profile is ideal for doorways, thresholds and other floor transitions.
When to use it: use this threshold strip where two floor coverings meet at roughly the same finished height — for example, carpet to laminate, or between two different floor coverings. It is best suited to floor coverings 8–10 mm thick.
If the two floors finish at different heights, a threshold strip is not the right part — a reducer profile is needed instead.
The 1200 mm profile is a practical and economical choice for standard doorways and threshold applications. It is supplied as a single profile in a protective tube.
For wider areas, landings and installations requiring a longer continuous profile, choose the 2420 mm profile.
For trade and larger projects, the 2420 mm profile is also available as an economical Trade Pack of 30.
