Delivery Information

At FloorTrim UK, we aim to dispatch orders promptly and ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently.

Orders are normally prepared and made ready for dispatch within 3–5 working days. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time depends on the courier and your delivery address.

We deliver across mainland UK using trusted courier services.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total package weight and are clearly displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed product price unless expressly stated otherwise.

How Your Order Is Packed

Scotia Beading packed in a cardboard tube with a product label — Our Scotia Beading products are carefully packed in strong protective tubes to help minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Long cardboard protective tube used for delivery — Longer orders are securely packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition throughout delivery.

Heavy-duty cardboard carton for skirting boards — Selected products, including White Skirting Boards and larger Scotia Beading packs, are securely packed in heavy-duty cardboard cartons to provide additional protection during transport.

Trade & Bulk Orders

Trade and bulk orders may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
