Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale. You will also need proof of purchase.

Products returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@floortrim.uk. We may request photographs to help us investigate and resolve the issue. Where the product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, FloorTrim UK will arrange or cover reasonable return costs.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as responsibility for the return remains with the customer until it is delivered to us.

Certain made-to-order, personalised or cut-to-size products might not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

Once returned products have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Where required by applicable consumer law, the refund will include the standard delivery charge originally paid. Additional delivery services selected by the customer might not be refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, colour or model, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
